Pro Kabaddi Points Table 2022

The ninth edition of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) will follow a straightforward layout that will be based on the point table in which the same amount of points are awarded for a tie, win losing 7 or less points , and losing seven plus points. Below are the rules for the Pro Kabaddi Points Table.

Pro Kabaddi Points Table Rules

The team that wins the game earns 5 points regardless of the amount of points it was able to win the game by.

The teams that play in a match that ends in a tie earn three points each.

If a team loses with a score of 7 or less is awarded 1 point for the match.

If a team loses the game by more than 7 points is not awarded any points from the game.

After this league phase, only the best six players that are on the PKL 2022 points table will qualify for the playoffs stage.

Rules for the Points Table

  • The standings in the Points Table will be displayed in accordance with points per match (PPM)
  • first tie breaker If there’s a tie in the table of points/games between several teams listed in the point table then the win percentage of the respective team is used to break the tie.
  • The second tiebreaker will be: The Score Difference and game is calculated as Score Difference for all teams in the pool will be used to calculate scores difference values
  • 3rd Tiebreaker The total points per game
  • Fourth Tiebreaker: Toss
